....my....very first....blog post.

Yes, that was some hesitation and lack of confidence.  I have to say that I do not have the best confidence in my writing.  However, I have decided to try to "somewhat" overcome the obstacle by creating my own blog....imagine that!  So,  here goes!  I would like to share some of my inspirations, ideas, and thoughts in the form of my own words, art, pictures, and music.....so browse as you desire.  Those of you that don't know, I'm in my 4th year of med school.  So, my life for the past 4 years has been pretty busy with "school stuff", and it will only get busier.  I have realized, especially in the past year, how important it is to keep a balance in life.  Even though "physically" I do not have the best experience with bikes, I thought this poster fits my life at the moment.  Always keep moving and see the importance of every moment, living the fullest in "this very moment". 

I have learned that of all things, we are in control of our own attitudes, no matter the circumstances.  So, enjoy every step of the journey.
